Samsung has accelerated its work for the Galaxy S25 family. In addition to the Galaxy S25 and S25 Ultra, new claims have been made for the S25 Plus. While it was said that the company will offer three models, it was stated that the Galaxy S25 Plus was not canceled.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus finally revealed
It was recently claimed that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus might not be released because it did not appear in the GSMA database. However, recent reports have revealed that this rumor is false. Samsung has started working on the Galaxy S25+.
The GSMA database is a platform where smartphones must be registered before they are released. While the company registered the Galaxy S25 and S25 Ultra in July, it did not register the Plus version. This has led to speculation that Samsung will shelve the Plus models.
Related reports suggested that Samsung usually registers its models in the database 6 months before launch. The delay in registering the S25 Plus suggested that it could be kept separate from the series. This indicated that the Galaxy S25+ was not in development.
The Galaxy S25 Plus is now listed in the GSMA system with the model number SM-S936U. So it is possible to say that it will be released globally next year.
Earlier leaks revealed the gaming performance of the Galaxy S25 family. Accordingly, it was claimed that it could run Genshin Impact at 120 FPS per second.
